Our mission

Honest conversations.
Exceptional peers.
Stronger companies.

Green belt vs. black belt CEO.
Ripple Founders

We’re brothers Ricardo and Alejandro Garcia-Amaya—venture-backed founders, investors, and community builders behind Alumni Founders and Techstars Alumni. We created RippleTalks so exceptional founders could connect with their peers and make the journey—and their impact—greater together.

The three brothers.

Three brothers. Three industries. $65M+ raised.

We were born in NY and raised on a farm outside Bogotá. In 1993, during one of Colombia’s most violent periods, our family moved back to NY when our father was appointed Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative of Colombia to the United Nations.

Our ongoing success is owed to our parents, our life partners, a long list of friends, and working together as each other's best friends, mentors and advisors.
